Understand the four verdicts
Compliant means in force, at or above the lease’s liability minimum, with the landlord listed as additional interest. Lapsed means there was cover and it ran out. Below requirement means the limit is short. No policy on file means we have no evidence either way — which is not the same as uninsured.

Record and verify a policy
Policies are captured against the lease from the Insurance action on any lease row: carrier, number, dates, liability limit, and whether the landlord is listed. Marking one verified records that a human confirmed it with the carrier, and who.
Additional interest is not additional insured. It buys you notification if the policy is cancelled; it does not extend coverage to you. The page flags a missing additional interest because without it a lapse reaches you during a claim.
